WHEN NOVEMBER COMES AGAIN

(Silke Hauck / Jochen Seiterle / Michael Bundt)

Lost in the heart of somewhere at a small sidewalk café
Wasting so called precious time
Like I do every day
Waiting for long lost friends,
days that are cold and grey
Recalling the season,
when you walked away

That tender moment you kissed me farewell in the rain
Will memories reclaim
When November comes again

That moment my lips felt like they were not mine
Made me feel like a woman,
made me cry like a child
In the silence of that moment
there was no more disguise
While raindrops fell like
tears from angels‘ eyes

That tender moment you kissed me farewell in the rain
Will memories reclaim
When November comes again
